The project highlighted here was machined as part of a mill repair project. Utilizing our lathe, we machined this component to dimensions of 18" outside diameter, 6" of inside diameter, and 19" in length, all to tolerances of ±0.125". This component was dimensionally inspected throughout machining to maintain these high standards. This product can be produced from alloy, carbon, and/or tool steel, and we are able to machine components such as this with turnarounds of 5 to 7 days.
